No gym, no problem. I've trained athletes with nothing but a pair of shoes and a court. When you fill out your intake form just tell me what you've got and I'll build your program around it — bodyweight, dumbbells, full gym, whatever.
Not even close. I have athletes in their mid-30s making some of the best progress I've seen. The European Performance Method focuses on tendon quality and joint health first — which if anything becomes more important the older you are. Age is not your ceiling.
Jump training is jump training. I've worked with volleyball players, track athletes, footballers, and even a bobsled athlete. If your sport requires you to be explosive and get off the ground, this program will make a difference.
Yes — I actually think in-season training is underrated. We dial back the volume, protect your legs, and keep you sharp. Depending on how heavy your schedule is, some athletes still make vertical gains in-season. We figure it out together.
